Issues faced by China's primary industry
ANBOUND

Simple comparison of the development of the primary sector of the economy of the United States' North Dakota and China's Henan Province will revealed certain issues faced by Chinese agricultural policies that baffle Anbound’s scholars. The first is the primary sector appears as if it does not have a future while the policies are encouraging the secondary and the tertiary sectors. The second issue is, high-tech has little to do with agriculture, and farmers have nothing to do it. Third, China's food problem can only rely on foreigners. Fourth is the most terrible; agriculture has no future, so the policy does not concern itself about this industry. In addition, China's primary industry is also facing serious threat of aging. If the problems faced by the agricultural industry, land and farmers cannot go beyond the scholars’ debate, there will be no real improvement.
