These pressures are not only from the reduction of profit, but also from the higher level of assessment. In order to accomplish the goal, the local statistical department and the audit department have to "work hard" on the numbers. From the current burst of some large-scale economic data fraud phenomenon, under the economic downturn, some local financial data fraud is also increasing the pressure. If the decision-making departments analyse the situation and make decisions based on the wrong information, they may be seriously misled. The possibility of fraud this year has to be prevented.
