The truth is, there is no real "big and unbeatable" company; once the market situation deteriorates, what should collapse will collapse. For enterprises, getting more "system importance" is the fundamental of being unbeatable. Whether in a market economy or in a planned economy, system importance means that one can get more resources, having greater influence, opportunities for survival and development, and can be more secure than other "non-system important institutions". Therefore, seeking to own or strengthen "system importance" should be an important development strategy for an enterprise.
