There will be five major aspects that Beijing would contribute to the development of Xiong'an New district. The first is docking planning; Xiong’an New District is still in the planning stage; in the process, Beijing and Xiong’an should manage docking well. The next is policy convergence; Xiong’an New District is a National New District parallel with the Shenzhen and Pudong, therefore there will be new policies and the current policy is in the process of research. The third is the interconnection of infrastructure. In order to make the New District better develop, Beijing and Xiong'an New District should further strengthen the integration of transportation. The fourth is public service development and sharing. At present, Xiong'an New District is still relatively weak in the field of public services, and Beijing has the advantages of resources, and can support this aspect through institutional branches cooperation. Fifth, in the field of scientific and technological innovation, the development of Xiong'an New District, should also rely on innovation; Beijing should give full play to the advantages of promoting some innovative elements to gather in the New District.
