After continuously rising in the past few days, on June 1, Renminbi exchange was still on the rise. We believe that under various factors, before the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and even until 2018, the appreciation of the Renminbi exchange rate will continue; in the next period of time the exchange rate of the Renminbi against the US dollar will stabilize. This actually provides the Chinese market a stable "window period", and the China should take this opportunity to pay close attention to promote the relevant reforms to eliminate or mitigate the current structural problems that plague its domestic economy, so that after the period in the past, there will be a buffer foundation for the long-term depreciation of the Renminbi.
