Slow progress in "de-administration" in Chinese high schools
ANBOUND

From the 90s of last century, on the issue of establishing modern university system, "de-administrative" has been hotly debated for several years. Anbound research team noted that the current high school management system in China does not respect the teaching, the teachers and the discipline. The model that emphasizes on the dissertations and subjects has seriously strangled the enthusiasm of the teachers, bringing immeasurable damage to the development and training of the students. The future evaluation system is still moving forward in the direction of emphasizing the dissertations, and this has formed an industry chain. The existence of this mechanism confirms that colleges and universities are not focusing on educating the students, and this also explains the slowness in "de-administration".
