Free access of international funds is the characteristic of Hong Kong, and is significant to the Chinese economy. However, with the rapid development of China's domestic economy, more and more people think that Hong Kong's economy is increasingly dependent on the Mainland economy. Anbound chief researcher Chan Kung does not agree with this point of view; Hong Kong's uniqueness is incomparable with other provinces in China. As a free port under the linked exchange rate system, Hong Kong economy is facing world market and can show a unique advantage when the Mainland’s economy slows down. Now capitals again are flowing into Hong Kong in great number, it is time for Hong Kong's economic talents to show their true wisdom and ability.
