China's Minister of Science and Technology, Mr. Wan Gang announced in a forum that the State Council has formally approved the proposal to promoting renewable energy cars. It is expected that the proposal will be implemented after the four related ministries completed their deliberations on the design. Some insiders concerned these promotion proposals from a business prospective besides technology, meanwhile took the business model innovation into account.
