On December 13, 2017, Alexandre B. Cérat, First Secretary of the Economic Office to the Canadian Embassy in China, and his assistant visited Beijing headquarter of ANBOUND. Yi Wang, head of global development program at ANBOUND and He Jun, director and senior researcher of China Macroeconomic Research Center of ANBOUND, met with them and had in-depth exchanges on public policy issues concerned.

The talk lasted for more than two hours. Both focused on the implications on the report of the CPC 19th National Congress and the judgment of China's economic prospect. In addition, they discussed some topics related to Xiongan New Area, the Chinese corporate bonds, property tax, and the possible impact of U.S. interest rate and tax cuts on the economy of China.

At the end of the meeting, Alexandre on behalf of the Canadian Embassy in China thanked ANBOUND researchers for their long-term high-quality papers and advisory service.
