The success of Xiong'an New District's development will be depending on how it solves industrial problems. From the city's point of view, Xiong’an is lacking of medical talent and management personnel; solving this talent shortage will be its urgent task. In the medium and long term, Xiong’an should also focus on manufacturing, while giving importance in the "headquarter economy" and "new manufacturing" simultaneously to make this new district China's "new manufacturing center", treading on the path of "fine manufacturing". First of all, Xiong’an New District should promote the "fine manufacturing" concept, from clothing to cutting-edge equipment; secondly, the new district can rely on domestic capital giants, making them as the main force to expand the industry.
