For Xiong’an to be successful, the first step should be ensuring cadre team and mechanism innovation, the next should be concentrated ease the capital function. For Beijing, the pressure can be reduced by giving priority to the construction of Tongzhou city sub-center, while Hebei should focus on the construction of Xiong’an by improving it to generate more opportunities and serves as a foundation for the major transfer of Beijing. If Xiong’an can gather resources to achieve innovation, its future development prospects will be optimistic.
