Guangxi's foreign labor policy worth to be considered
ANBOUND
Earlier this year, the Guangxi government agreed to allow Pingxiang Key Development and Opening-up Pilot Zone to carry out cross-border labor cooperation pilot work. At present, in Pingxiang City, Vietnamese migrant workers account for more than 7100 people; their wages are about one-third of Chinese workers'. Anbound researchers believe Pingxiang's practice conforms to the trend of development of the times. As early as the late 1990s, Anbound proposed a series of programs for China's population policy adjustment, which pointed out in particular that after the emergence of China's aging population, there will be a shortage of labor, and that time China should relax its nationality control, allowing dual nationality, relaxing the immigration policy, allowing young labors to enter China. This systematic adjustment method is worth the consideration of China’s policy makers.
