As the China-US trade friction has become increasingly serious in 2017, the United States has made seven cases on anti-subsidy duties and anti-dumping duties against China. In particular, the United States has ignored the relevant terms of China's accession to the WTO Protocol Article 15 have expired, and continues to insist on alternative country practice; at the same time China has appealed to WTO on this matter.
