China Is Taking Steps To Deregulate Aviation Market
ANBOUND

Since China's benefits of entering WTO has been receding, the government might be preparing for a new round of market opening. As reported by local media on the 5th September, China is taking actions to deregulate both domestic and international aviation markets and may amend the Air-Transport Treaty between the US and China. The vice president of Hainan Airlines Hou Wei said that the monopoly on some prime international routes by China National Aviation Corporation(CNAC) would probably come to an end within a year.
