In the recently held high-level development forum in China, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection senior officials warned that part of the economic capitals are used to seek for political power, creating abnormal relations between politics and business. For political and business relations, the Central Government has pointed out the necessity of unity, coordination, mutual respect, government integrity and setting corporate rules. Anbound researchers believe that to do this, first of all there should be government reform; secondly there should be a legal framework for national governance and implementation of the laws and lastly, opening-up supervision to adjust the political and business relations to provide social level supervision outside of the legal and reform frameworks.
