Based on the first six months financial statement, ten central enterprises that suffered heavy loss last year had successfully reduced their losses mainly via developing real estate and selling off asset. Some of them even managed to make a profit. Anbound research team thinks that such approach is not sustainable in reducing losses if without any competitiveness enhancement from the central enterprises. They will be eliminated from the market once they are out of assets.
