Speculations in third, fourth tier cities in China
ANBOUND

A number of speculative capital has begun to turn to third and fourth tier cities in China, especially those such as Dongguan and Foshan close to metropolis circles and core second-tier cities, conventional cities that produces migrant workers like Hunan's Hengyang, Jiangxi’s Pingxiang, or places with good natural environment like Hainan. Anbound researchers believe that the country expects to achieve the improvement of the quality of national life by promoting the farmers integrating to the city and implementing housing reform, but this trend may have negative impact on the good will of the Central Government, especially when part of the speculative funds are taking advantage of this policy; the people with lowest income level and living standard will be affected; the related departments and local governments should pay attention on the possible social effects.
