Who is the boss? Real economy enterprise or financial capital?
ANBOUND
Recently, David Li Daokui, the Mansfield Freeman Professor of Economics and Director of the Center for China in the World Economy at Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management, said that "entrepreneurs should fear the capital", "I understand the real economy; I am the boss". This is rather shocking as real enterprises would often call themselves as “bosses”. In reality, real enterprises are in a more inferior position. In view of resource control, state-owned financial institutions, state-owned enterprises and capital ownerships are still controlling the financial capital. In the market, there are some institutions and marketers that take full advantage of the capital surplus environment and use capital leverage to become capital predators. So, in the current and future period of time, in the Chinese market those who control the financial capital will still be the boss, while most of the real economy enterprises are in a lesser position.
