As the main component of the real economy, the sustainable and rapid development of manufacturing industry is the key to China's great achievements, and that determines the quality and efficiency of China's real economy. So what is the key factor to revitalize China's manufacturing industry? We believe that the development and revitalization of the manufacturing industry is a systematic project; first of all, the manufacturing needs ambitious entrepreneurs. Second, there is a need for equitable access to lower-cost financial resources. There is also the need for relatively low overall cost education and training systems that match the "Made in China" initiative to improve the protection of innovative intellectual property rights, and a fair tax burden environment. All these show what is lacking in China's manufacturing development policy. To strengthen the manufacturing industry, China should implement the improved policy.
