With the increasing impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in the world, Anbound Think Tank's chief researcher Chan Kung forecast that in the future, there will be two types of people, the first is those who set the rules on AI’s usage and the other type is those dominated and controlled by AI. The number of those who control AI will become number, and those controlled by AI will be greater and greater. Other than that, AI’s usage will not be evenly distributed, just like the differences in economy and technology determine the technological applications in different countries, for instance OECD countries and African countries. In the future, there will still be a number of poor countries and society not deeply influence by AI.
