2017 is the second of implementation China's 13th Five-Year Plan; it is also an important year to deepen the supply-side structural reform. From policy perspective, China should now focus on how to effectively promote and implement this reform "road map". Anbound’s scholars have suggested nine steps for this: 1. Promote the real estate tax system reform, 2. Execute comprehensive reform of production factors, 3. Promote the reform of state-owned enterprises, 4. Promote the reform of the "super-ministry system", 5. Promote public finance management reform, 6. Promote financial reform, 7. Revise laws and regulations, 8. Improve the supply-side’s and other aspects’ of reform, 9. Become consumer society and service-oriented government.
