Chinese economy's two main areas of focus
ANBOUND

With the rising cost of manufacturing and increasingly aging population, foreign investments began to withdraw from China. Coupled with the depreciation of the renminbi exchange rate and capital outflows, the Chinese market is perceived to have pessimistic economic prospect both within China and globally. Anbound Think Tank's scholars believe that China should maintain itself as global supply chain center and a major market. This not only reflects the Chinese economy's volume advantage, but also its transition to become consumer society and its structural changes. In the strategic and policy level, China should focus on these two areas to provide clear policies and development plans, as well as distribute development resources. If the policy is right, at least within a certain period of time in the future, China's economic development will have a solid base.
