China should be key participant, not leader in globalization
ANBOUND
The first executive order signed after Donald Trump took the office as the President of the United States is to withdraw TPP. It is possible that all traditional economic and political alliances in the United States are to be reassessed and renegotiated, it also means that opposition to globalization has become an important global trend. For this reason, many countries are changing their focus to China. Anbound believes that objectively speaking, China still has a lot to do to become the real leader in the globalized age. If China is placed in the position of the globalization leader, this would not be a good thing for China. China has a lot of problems to be resolved, and it has insufficient overall strength and resources; being the leader of globalization will give China a lot of burdens, responsibilities and pressures. China cannot retreat from the trend of globalization; instead it should play a positive key role to be a participant, not the leader of globalization.
