China needs to pay attention on high-end foreign service industry compressing businesses

Recently, the US hard disk maker Seagate technology has shut-down its factory in Suzhou, and there are layoff rumors in Oracle's Beijing branch, which is a concern if the market. Oracle's industry is high-tech service industry; the layoffs rumors are worthy of attention. Anbound think tank’s scholars pointed out that China is transitioning from production-oriented society to consumer-oriented society; the Chinese market is facing the transitioning from manufacturing to service market as well. The manufacturing industry is moving externally and the service industry is moving internally. Now, foreign high-end service industry is compressing the business in China, and this sign deserves a high degree of attention. China needs to examine whether the domestic investment environment has undergone negative changes.
