China's State Council decided to further expand the pilot areas of asset securitization. However, the central bank emphasizes that only qualified credit asset will be selected meanwhile the risky asset will not be considered at the moment. Although the possibility of having non-performing asset in the securitization procedure has been reduced, however the significance of the pilot policy has been compromised.
