Chan Kung: Chinese Market Witnesses the Industrial Exchange
ANBOUND
In ANBOUND's latest report China’s Economy in 2017, the chief researcher Chan Kung proposed an important concept—the industrial exchange in China’s market. Just like changing players in the half time when playing football, someone is out, while the other is in; for the market, we can see that the manufacturing is out, while the service is coming in. The most risky problem in the future is the outflow of some foreign service companies rather than the movement of manufacturing. China’s government should put this tendency in mind. Without relaxed control, openness, cut tax and reform, China’s domestic service industry is hardly improved in the future, if so, it is likely further discourage foreign service companies to invest in China.
