Anbound's key ideas on rural land reform
ANBOUND
Recently, the Central Government of China once again confirms the "separation of power" and divided land ownership and usufructuary rights in the form of a document. However, Anbound research team believes that under the current situation of China's rural development and urbanization, this is only an adjustment of the relationship between farmers and land use under the framework of collective ownership of rural land, and it is only a partial reform. In this regard, we propose the basic idea is that we should refer to the practices of long-term urban land use rights of state-owned land, giving long-term use rights to rural base, allowing these rights in market transaction to attract urban capital participating in rural development, and giving property rights to the rural farmers, making the result beneficial to all.
