The current H7N9 bird flu transmission within China has greatly affected the country's poultry industry. According to China Animal Agriculture Association,the price of domestic poultry has plummeted within a week since the outbreak of the disease on March 29. In this period, the losses might exceed ￥10 billion yuan. With the worsening situation, more losses are predicted in the coming days.
