On August 30 this year, China's Central Leading Group for Comprehensively Deepening Reforms has discussed on improving legal protection for property rights, to control the "visible hand" of the government, and to further liberate the people’s capital, protect the citizen’s and the enterprises’ property right, as well as to create good political and business relations. We believe that this will be highly important for private capital; the former is building the system and the latter is to make sure the smooth operational mechanism. In the future, China should make the private capital actively participating in the domestic market as both are indispensable.
