Over the years, Anbound has provided its services to governmental officials from township level to central government level. Based on our observations, a large number of local officials are overworked. However, in terms of efficiency, many officials have done a lot of unproductive works. In this regard, we propose the following solutions: systematic decentralization; strengthening the rule of law; increasing market-oriented reforms, continuously forming "big society" so that various social organizations can assist the government in the matters of social management and dispute solving; adjusting officer evaluation system, and adjusting the synchronization of government functions; as well as appropriately adjusting the size of government officials. Overall, China needs not only "big government", but also "big society", "big market", and that is the only way to improve the governance.
