Central Bank Remains Extremely Cautious about Monetary Easing
ANBOUND

A few days ago, the Central Bank expressed that it will increase its efforts in overcoming its shortcomings, set in motion the expansion of reasonable and effective investment, increase effective supply, as well as intensify efforts in implementing the proactive fiscal policy, and encourage development and policy banks to increase credit support. According to the research team at ANBOUND, economic policies in the coming period will undoubtedly focus on intensifying supply-side structural reforms and increasing the capacity to deleverage. However, due to a variety of factors, it is highly unlikely that the Central Bank will reduce the reserve requirement ratio in the next half a year, and it will remain extremely cautious about monetary easing.
