Development of Cultural Industry Needs another Type of Opening
ANBOUND

The portion of the GDP made up by the cultural industry is an important indicator of how well the cultural industry of a certain country or region is developing. China's cultural industry has been developing rapidly in recent years, but it is still an import-based market. On the whole, the cultural industry is meant to develop the "followers" and “imitators” of similar enterprises in the country. As a big country, China must develop the cultural industry with the creativity and prosperity of cultural content as a prerequisite. China must increase the openness of the cultural domain while expanding its thinking about the innovation of cultural content and its free rein. It is really very simple; the flourishing of culture hinges on the liberation and richness of thought.
