The entire nation has made changes to the law on Foreign-Capital Enterprise, the law on Joint Ventures, and the four other legal branches to promote the management of the Foreign Investment Negative List to the national executive committee and change foreign investment to a filing system. The research team at ANBUOND is of the opinion that the increasing trend of "anti-globalisation" and the increasingly uncertain domestic investment environment is making China's market more attractive to foreign investors and reversing the domestic supply-side reforms. It is also a necessary measure to be taken under the circumstances of the slowdown in investment and the steady increase in pressure.
