Looking at the complexity of China's economy from the credit system

Under the new conditions, the problems faced by the Chinese economy are very complicated, and funding has become a key issue. Further investigation of the issue reveals that the credit system is at the core of the problem. The abnormalities of the credit system in the country have caused several unusual situations in China's economy. For example, the case of businesses worth 1 billion Yuan going bankrupt due to banks rescinding loans. In our opinion, to stimulate China’s economy, we need to return to basic market-oriented reforms, get rid of various political and market barriers, and substantially increase the market’s efficiency at allocating resources.
