China's Anti-Monopoly Bureau officials stated that petroleum, telecommunications and banking industries will be included into the scope of anti-monopoly. However in reality, they feel powerless towards the related SOEs. In order to respond to the monopoly that created by administrative dominance, the government should reduce the power of market intervention and allows various capital entering the market to create greater competition.
