In order to solve the problem of backward economic development in the northeastern region, the central government has recently reintroduced a new plan to revitalize the northeastern region.

For example, Guangdong, Zhejiang and Jiangsu have cooperated with their counterparts at the northeastern regions to open up special cooperation zones.

The three provinces at the southeastern region can send their officials to smooth the way.
