Days ago, several Chinese officials were killed in a car accident. Although it is a tragedy, the Chinese public was not sympathetic as it should be. The event alone is a product of long-term identification, self-adjustment and development among the interest groups in China. Thus far, the Chinese society today is divided into two groups: the government officials and the people. This marked the return to the situation thousands years ago—people against the government. In such a situation, there is no other alternative except for the government to undertake reform measures.
