It is just the beginning of the Belt and Road Strategy, yet, there are already signs of insufficient resources.

As an independent think tank that have researched on and advocated for the 'New Silk Road' strategy, we are of the view that in the future, if China were to achieve any breakthrough in its geo-strategy, then China should at least have some priority and focus on achieving breakthrough in the New Silk Road.

On the basis of land power, China should join hands with the relevant countries to build a common market to complement one another so that China can have a new market for its foreign trade, investment, industries and RMB outflows.

To sum up in one sentence, the Belt and Road must have some priority.
