He Jun: China Should Repaint Its Market Economy
ANBOUND

Our recent research finding shows that in recent years, the market economy in China is fading while the non-market economy features are gaining traction.

He Jun, the senior researcher at ANBOUND Consulting says that it is highly unlikely for China to pursue planned economy but it is totally possible for China to pursue non-market economy, for example, the elite-market-economy, the alien combinations of powers and market economy.

Another example will be monopolized-market-economy where state-owned enterprises monopolized the market and the other example will be government-dominated-market-economy, where the government controls the economic resources and decides on both the investment direction and the development planning.

In this regard, China needs to repaint its market economy.
