The overseas investment by Li Ka-shing Family in the recent years indicated that the family is imitating Jardine Matheson Group by disinvestment from Hong Kong via two phases. The first phase is gradually moving out its capital from Hong Kong and the second phase is to transfer the capital control rights to overseas.
