After RMB exchange spot rate recording a new high, the possibility of further appreciation is high, and it is likely to open a door for deepening reforms on exchange rate. To estimate, a policy breakthrough would be seen in the reforms during the second half whereby both the exchange rate margin and capital account convertibility is to be improved.
