Recently, China's Economy has shown signs of recovery and some analysts are of the view that China’s monetary policy might shift to a more neutral stance.
ANBOUND’s research team does not agree with this view, China’s economy is far from healthy.
In fact, the current economic situation in China is still very delicate, on the one hand, China needs to keep up with the economic recovery and maintain the positive momentum, on the other hand, China cannot introduce excessive stimulus as this might cause the country to resort to the old growth driver.
This year, China’s central bank will maintain a relatively easy monetary policy, leaving some room for policy maneuvers, steady pace and prudent policy are the most suitable match to China’s current situation.
