China and EU have reached a mutual agreement over the dispute of photovoltaic products export. EU also agreed to postpone the investigation on China's telecom equipment manufacturers until China Mobile Communications Corporation disclose its 4G network contracts. Anbound researchers think that China’s huge market is the bargaining chip therefore the negotiation between China and EU has been progressing well on both photovoltaic and telecom cases.
