China is now the world's single largest market for auto mobile and it has attracted the major car manufacturer globally to expand their capacity in china, however, when there are too many competitors with too much capacity, the growth in China’s market is insufficient to sustain every company.

The field study made by ANBOUND’s research team shows that it is increasingly obvious that a number of automobile manufacturer have excess capacity, once their production lines are in place, they will be trapped in overcapacity as they have failed to predict the future trend in China’s automobile.
