China's economy department has been troubled with the lack of vitality in the Chinese economy during transformation, having analyzed this matter, ANBOUND's research team is of the view that the safety standard for a particular industry can be turned into the driving force to stimulate economy.

Say for example, if China formulate a strict standard on the safety measures for children in the car and enforce the same strictly, then there will be massive increase in the sales of the child safety seats.

At the same time, the regulators may also impose a higher requirement on the manufacturer in respect of the products produced.

By analogy, China can adopt the similar approach in all sectors including environmental protection, safe production and urban renewal.
