It is an indisputable fact that China's economy is now 'shifting from real economy to virtual economy’ and there is massive transfers and reductions in China’s manufacturing sector.
China’s glory as the "world’s factory" is now fading away.
Being an independent think tank, ANBOUND Consulting has in the past four years, repeatedly suggested that if in the past, China was the “world’s factor version 1.0”, then in the future, China should aim to be the “world’s factor version 2.0, or even the higher level of “version 3.0”, “version 4.0” and “version 5.0”.
This year’s Boao Forum For Asia has affirmed ANBOUND’s views.
If China intends to continue its economic development, then its manufacturing sector, “world’s factory” must be strengthened.
To this end, China has to bite the bullet for another 20 years.
