Fostering 'Craftsmanship Spirit', What China is Still Lacking?

In his government work report for this year's 'two sessions", Premier Li Keqiang made reference to the "craftsmanship spirit'.
ANBOUND's research team is of the view that the craftsmanship spirit is the result of long-term traditions and heritage of a nation’s culture and spirit, the rich connotations of which have resulted in 'precise manufacturing’.
The 'craftsmanship spirit’ and ‘precise manufacturing’ represent the correct direction for the future of China’s manufacturing sector, however, in order to realize this goal, China still has to make long-term changes in many ways and to perfect the environment and mechanism needed to nurture and foster the craftsmanship spirit.
