More and More Policy Papers Are Losing Efficacy
ANBOUND

2016 presents a big challenge to Chinese economy making it increasingly difficult for the Chinese government to regulate the economy.

ANBOUND's research team points out that it will be increasingly inefficient to influence the market vide the issuance of policy papers.

In the event that there are more and more incidents of policy papers losing efficacy, there might be changes to the way the government regulate the economy and intervene the market.

Firstly, the seriousness of the policy will decrease and secondly, the usage of the resources will experience a varying degree of retardation.

In order to bring back the vitality of the Chinese market, the government should further deepen the market-oriented reform.
