ANBOUND's scholars point out that the economic winter has rendered the Chinese economy more vulnerable as neither the government nor the market have the resources and market environment that they used to have during the time of high economic growth.

During this time, the macro policy must stay balanced and stabilized and it is important the macro policy should grasp the scale of reform and development correctly and set robust growth as the core of the policy goal. On the on hand, the government has to promote the reform of the supply front. On the other hand, the government should continue working with its existing policy on demand side management.
