In his speech made during the Boao Forum,Chinese President Xi Jinping said China's prosperity will contribute to the economic developments of its neighbours. In the coming 5 years, China's import is projected to increase into $10 trillion dollar, its overseas investments $500 billion dollar and its tourists' outflows 400 million. However, diplomacy is needed in order to gain influence via Beijing's economic power.
